Last Roller Derby Bout of the Season!
The Penticton Pistoleras Roller Derby team is on a winning roll this season, taking the W in both bouts that they have hosted. They will be hosting their last bout of the spring season on Saturday June 3rd at the Penticton Curling Club against the Farmers Slaughters from Armstrong, BC; another friendly Okanagan rivalry! The first whistle is at 7pm with doors open at 6:30pm so be sure to get in early to get a great trackside seat, purchase a t-shirt from the colorful new merchandise selection and settle in for a great game of fast-paced roller derby.
Guided by a new coaching team this season, the Pistoleras have taken their game to a new level. These athletic women not only have quick feet, but they also play smart and tactical. Watch for them to make calculated moves on the track and deliver big hits to gain points over their opponents.

Mark your calendars for June 3rd for the Rhythm and Bruise bout where each team is sure to gift each other bruises with their strong, swaying hips. Keep an eye on the benches as there are usually a few skaters known to also use their hips to boogie to the music during reviews and timeouts!
Cash only pre-sale tickets are available in Penticton at LockWorks Inc (1256 Main St) and in Summerland at Beauty Box Studio Inc. (9322 Jubilee Rd E) for $10, price is $12 at the door on bout night. Children 10 and under are free. Refreshments will be available track-side.

The Penticton Pistoleras wish to give thanks to their generous sponsors once again as without them they could not bring amazing roller derby action to the city of Penticton.
